Headquartered in Singapore, with more than 15,000 employees operating from offices around the world, SHEIN is committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all, promoting its industry-leading, on-demand production methodology, for a smarter, future-ready industry.   Position Summary   We’re seeking a full-time Senior Bill Management Specialist for our  Los Angeles-based corporate office.    Job Responsibilities   End-to-end reconciliation between warehouse operations and financial settlement, ensuring invoice accuracy, timely payment processing, and clean outstanding balances. Act as the key liaison between finance, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and continuously improve settlement efficiency. Verify warehouse receipts and procurement invoices in a timely manner based on supplier contracts; cross-check quantities, unit prices, and terms to ensure accuracy before payment submission. Submit and track payment requests in the settlement system; ensure all payments are processed within the agreed payment terms and comply with internal controls. Perform regular reconciliation between warehouse records, procurement orders, and supplier invoices; investigate root causes of discrepancies, provide timely feedback to supervisors, and implement corrective actions. Monitor and clear outstanding account balances on a regular basis; follow up on aged items and escalate unresolved issues to prevent financial risk. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current reconciliation and settlement workflow; propose and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and error rates. Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve settlement issues; maintain clear communication channels and ensure alignment on reconciliation standards. Job Requirements   Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in finance, economics, logistics, or related fields are preferred; or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, or related functions. Experience in cross-border e-commerce is preferred. Proficiency in Excel financial functions is required. Experience with settlement systems is preferred.
