About the Role Our mission is to empower creators to turn passions into a career by enabling their full potential through opportunity and growth. This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Global Partnerships, Product, Customer Trust, Creator Expansion, and others. As the ideal candidate, you have proven experience ideating and executing with a data-driven approach, working with multiple workflows, and a fundamental understanding of weighing the opportunity cost of different priorities under evolving timelines while keeping your team informed of progress. You will report to the Director of North American Partnerships. You Will: Work closely to identify trends, anticipate creator needs, and ultimately help play a crucial role in guiding the Partnerships roadmap for years to come Engage with the current and next generation of content creators from various platforms, seeking to make Twitch the most enticing place to stream Onboard and support creators, driving high quality, collaborative content Stay up to date on trends and the latest information in the content creation industry  Evangelize Twitch with the creator community while serving as their voice internally You Have: 1 - 2 years in either creator support, influencer marketing, or community management A creative thought process with a passion for the creator economy A proactive mindset to stay current on streaming trends A hunger to push past the status quo and not let any existing roadblocks stop you A sense of ownership Strong interpersonal skills Perks Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance 401(k) Maternity & Parental Leave Flexible PTO Amazon Employee Discount Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.  Job ID: TW9183 The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
