About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: $184,000 - $230,000 Zone B: $172,500 - $216,000 Zone C: $161,500 - $202,000 Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada) 201,000 - 251,000 This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Application Information: Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled This posting is for a new position Reporting to the Director, Business Development As a Senior Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships , you’ll …  Be the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners, managing joint business planning, executive alignment, and operational coordination Lead the the entire lifecycle for new strategic partnerships - from strategy, sourcing, contract negotiation, execution, to ongoing relationship management Serve as the connective tissue between Webflow’s internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product integrations between Webflow and market leading technologies. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and launch joint solutions Collaborate with partner marketing to launch impactful co-marketing initiatives like joint content, events, webinars, case studies and more Drive mutual co-selling success between Webflow and select technology partners Create, track and report on KPIs tied to each partnership including integration usage, influenced revenue, and campaign performance Stay informed on partner roadmaps, ecosystem trends, and strategic shifts - feeding insights back into Webflow’s roadmap and ecosystem strategy About you: Requirements: 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and/or alliance management - preferably at a high growth software company Proven success driving strategic, multi-year partnerships that sit across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams both internally and externally Deep understanding of how to identify, scope, and launch successful product integrations that leverage APIs and/or MCP (Model Context Protocol) Experience developing and executing co-marketing and co-selling motions with large partners that deliver impactful results Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Crossbeam, Affinity and Loom Bonus points if you have knowledge of no-code, web design, or content management systems (CMS) and/or experience launching integrations in marketplaces like Adobe Exchange, HubSpot App Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, and/or Salesforce App Exchange You’ll thrive as a Senior Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships  if you: Have a strong grasp of Webflow, our market position, and the broader software landscape, enabling you to identify and pursue impactful partnership opportunities Excel at building trust across internal teams and external partners, navigating priorities to drive alignment and momentum Have strong operational rigour and are capable of taking partnerships from idea to impact through disciplined execution, clear communication, and focus on measurable results Are relentlessly resourceful and thrive in a fast paced, results focused environment Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
