About You and The Role   In this role, you will own day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory operations at the facility. You’ll ensure materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, picked, packed, and shipped with perfect quality and in full compliance with safety standards. You will maintain warehouse organization, manage dock activities and material handling equipment, perform cycle counts, and proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. You will also build strong working relationships with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors — troubleshooting shipment and inventory issues as they arise and driving them to resolution. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and a customer-first mindset. What You'll Do   Execute shipping and receiving functions at the facility  Manage dock and warehouse organization, material handling equipment, and shipping supplies  Handle issues related to inventory handling and material conveyance. Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements   Sort inventory according to established procedures  Mark inventory with identifying information  Update and maintain inventory records and databases  Complete regular cycle counts of inventory  Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant stakeholders  Pick and prepare orders to be shipped  Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments  Ensure perfect quality of outbound orders  Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures  Build and grow relationships with OEM,  internal customers and vendors  Troubleshoot inventory and shipment issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them What You'll Bring  2-5 years Logistics and/or warehouse experience; preferably within an international supply chain organization  Excellent customer service skills  Initiative to scope, start, and drive projects and tasks to completion  Ability to openly seek advice, guidance, and enlist support as needed  Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication  Good collaboration and teamwork abilities  Expert inventory management  Proficiency in relevant computer applications including MS Word and Excel ● Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) technology  Familiarity with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)  Must be able to work with minimum supervision  Must be eligible to work in the US  Valid driver's license in good standing Physical Requirements  Able to lift and move inventory up to 50lbs  Able to bend and stretch  Able to stand for prolonged periods Able to walk distances What Else You Need to Know    This role is in-person onsite role based out of our South San Francisco office.  The cash range for this role is $28-$30/hour.
