AI at project44
We expect every project44 team member, regardless of role or function, to actively leverage AI in their day-to-day work. What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Partnerships to help build and execute the partnership strategy that accelerates project44's growth and expands the value we deliver to customers. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, business development, and strategy — working across ERPs, TMS platforms, data providers, systems integrators, and emerging AI ecosystem players to build a partner network that strengthens the Movement platform and creates durable competitive advantage.
You will identify, develop, and manage strategic product partnerships and integrations, and serve as a key internal advocate for the partner ecosystem — translating partner opportunities into product requirements, go-to-market motions, and measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of a growing function within a market-leading supply chain platform.
What You'll Do
Partnership Development & Execution
Identify and pursue high-value partnership and integration opportunities across ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), TMS platforms, data & intelligence providers, logistics networks, and AI/ML ecosystem players
Manage end-to-end partnership processes, from prospecting and initial outreach through contract negotiation and launch
Maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities and provide regular reporting on status, progress, and business impact
Help develop and refine the frameworks used to evaluate, tier, and invest in partners
Relationship Management
Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic product partners, ensuring commitments are met and opportunities are continuously developed
Coordinate partner QBRs, joint planning sessions, and executive touchpoints
Represent project44 externally at partner events and industry forums
Integration Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate partnership agreements into clear integration requirements and roadmap inputs
Coordinate integration delivery across internal and partner-side teams, managing timelines and escalations to ensure successful go-live
Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to enable field teams on partner integrations and ensure partnerships translate into pipeline and customer value
Go-to-Market Support
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to develop joint value propositions and partner-facing materials
Track partnership KPIs including integration adoption, sourced pipeline, and customer outcomes, and communicate results to leadership
Support the development of project44's broader partner ecosystem program, including tiering, enablement, and incentive structures
Requirements & preferred skills
5–8 years of experience in product partnerships, technology alliances, or strategic business development — ideally within enterprise SaaS, supply chain technology, or logistics software
Proven ability to manage and grow technology partnerships from identification through ongoing relationship management
Strong commercial instincts — you understand how partnerships create value and can structure and negotiate deals that reflect that
Familiarity with the supply chain technology landscape, including ERP/TMS/WMS platforms, freight tech, and data ecosystems; existing relationships in this space are a plus
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and can represent project44 credibly with external partners
Data-driven; comfortable tracking performance metrics and translating outcomes into clear narratives for leadership
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and is excited to help shape a function
In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to
