The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across your assigned region. In this role, you'll focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, and proactive problem-solving—building the relationships and systems that keep our workforce productive, accountable, and aligned with 21HHS policies and best practices. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on getting ahead of issues, guiding supervisors through complex people decisions, and fostering a culture where employees feel heard and supported. Location: Primarily based out of our Roseville office; up to 20% drive time to regional sites.
