The Manager, Professional Services – Travel Systems is responsible for leading a team of consultants who activate, configure, and optimize Emburse solutions for travel-focused clients. This role combines deep travel industry expertise (GDS, PNR logic, API integrations, TMC workflows) with strong people leadership and operational management. This leader will drive strategic execution of travel implementations, ensure alignment with customer travel policies and system integrations, and oversee delivery excellence across booking, rebooking, and data exchange configurations. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure high-quality deployments and continuous process improvement. Why Emburse?
