Vice President of Investments

Our SelectLeaders client is hiring a Vice President of Investments to join their dynamic and expanding team in Chicago, Illinois. This role will help to lead the sourcing, evaluation, structuring, documentation, execution, and closing of student housing investment opportunities across the United States. You will collaborate with senior executives across multiple departments to ensure our strategic goals are achieved and surpassed. We are looking for an experienced professional to support senior leadership in directing and executing their go-forward acquisition and development strategy. You will report to the Managing Director, Investments, and work on-site at our Chicago, IL office Monday–Friday, with travel up to 25%. The salary range for this role is $120K - $220K, plus an annual bonus.
