We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Managing Director (MD) of Growth - Company Retirement Plans (for our OpenPlan/Retirement Plan Advisory team), who will lead the next phase of expansion for our Retirement Plan Advisory (RPA) business. This individual will be a player coach, responsible for driving net new client acquisition, deepening strategic partnerships, and building scalable growth teams / engines that position the firm as a market leader in retirement plan advisory services. This is a leadership role for a growth-minded person who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business development, and execution.
