Let’s run there.    Your Job:  As a Retail Sales Floor Lead at Brooks, you play a critical role in delivering the premium service experience customers expect. You serve as a front-line brand ambassador, using your expert product knowledge and strong service skills to educate customers and support your teammates. You help drive a productive atmosphere on the sales floor by modeling exceptional service, supporting staff training, and stepping in as the point person for customer conflict resolution and operational problem-solving when store management is not present. You take ownership of daily floor execution, help maintain a well-organized and visually strong environment, and provide leadership that elevates the customer experience, your peers’ performance, and overall store performance. *Please Note: This is a regular on-going position. Not a seasonal opportunity.* Compensation: The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $30.45 per hour.
