As a Retail Shop Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are maintained, repaired, and assembled according to the company's standards. Your primary objective will be to provide high-quality customer service by assisting with product inquiries and providing technical support, and selling merchandising to customers. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
