About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead significant product initiatives across our platform. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complexity, turns data-heavy workflows into intuitive systems, and is energized by meaningful ownership. As a key contributor within your cross-functional team, you’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape direction and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll operate with substantial ownership across critical product surfaces, helping shape how your area evolves. You will drive the product experience point of view within your domain—ensuring what we build delivers measurable customer value, supports business outcomes, and reflects a high bar for cohesive, intuitive, and world-class UX and UI. CaptivateIQ participates in E-Verify, web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
