Through strategic leadership, community partnerships, and innovative service delivery, you'll help older adults age with dignity, independence, and connection while driving growth and sustainability across our programs.  Your Mission The Director of Older Adult Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for CASL's continuum of programs and services supporting older adults. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive services that promote independence, dignity, health, and well-being. Through operational excellence, community partnerships, and program innovation, the Director advances sustainable growth and meaningful impact for older adults and their families.  About CASL Founded in 1978, CASL is the largest and most comprehensive community-based organization in the Midwest, with deep roots in serving Asian Americans and a commitment to welcoming all.
