About the Role We’re looking for a Sr Implementation Manager to join our early team and help build the foundation for how we onboard and support customers using Windchill. From the moment a deal closes, you’ll own the customer journey — designing onboarding experiences, configuring solutions, and ensuring our product drives immediate value. You’ll work side-by-side with customers to understand their workflows, translate needs into product setups, and guide them through successful adoption.
