Since 1985, we’ve partnered with public, private, and institutional clients to design and plan safer, more effective ways for people and goods to move. We bring together data, technology, and the experiences of the communities we serve to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions.  The Role  You’ll join our seven-person corporate communications team supporting a fast-moving, technically complex organization. Staff come to us with a headline and minimal context. Your job is to take those requests, clarify what’s needed, recommend a smart communications approach, and deliver strong final work.   You’ll focus on firmwide internal communications and external marketing content across channels like our intranet, LinkedIn, email, blog, presentations, templates, and webinars. This is an individual contributor role. You will own select channels and high-priority projects from intake through publishing, working in close coordination with our communications manager and designers.   This is a hybrid role based in Roseville.
