Job Summary: Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) Benefits Competitive Wages - $25-$50 DOE! Multiple wage reviews throughout the year Comprehensive PAID benefits - health, dental, and vision Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance 401k w/ company match Opportunities for career advancement Daily Responsibilities Install commercial roofing systems and other roofing components (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.) Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required Use fall-protection equipment and wear PPE to work safely from heights Work at various jobsites throughout the year as needed Requirements 1+ years’ experience with commercial roofing is required (flat-roofing, single ply membranes) Able to perform most of the following tasks: installing insulation, laying out membrane, wrapping corners, wrapping pipes, and using a handheld welder/heat gun. Has reliable transportation and valid driver's license Pass a background check and drug test to work on federal/government buildings Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policies Schedule Monday-Friday- Full-time.
