Web and Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Web and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our web infrastructure and manage all digital advertising efforts. This critical role will be responsible for the health and performance of our corporate website (built on Webflow) and driving pipeline growth through the strategic optimization of our digital advertising campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Display, etc.). The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical grasp of modern web platforms and a proven track record of maximizing ROI from digital marketing spend. Key Responsibilities: The anticipated salary range for this role is between $112,000 - $145,000, starting pay will vary based on a range of factors which can include but is not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, and scope. This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program and potential for equity incentive program as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan, time off, and sick leave.
