Position Overview The Medical Director - Clinical Affairs serves as a vital strategic clinical partner bridging Included Health, our strategic clients, and external stakeholders. This role is designed for a visionary physician-leader who can think of new and creative ways—leveraging data and technology—to improve the healthcare experience in a way that promotes better clinical and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will not only represent the value of Included Health’s clinical offerings to support growth and retention but will also act as an executive-level clinical advisor to our most complex clients. They will translate population health data into actionable clinical campaigns, clinically steer multi-vendor ecosystems (including TPAs and carriers), and collaborate with internal business strategy teams to scale repeatable clinical solutions in the market. The United States new hire base salary target range  for this full-time position are: $188,270 - $288,048 + bonus + equity + benefits Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
