Chief Financial Officer

We’re hiring a Chief Financial Officer at Kixie. The sales tech stack is being rebuilt from the ground up. Legacy dialers and sequencing tools are being replaced by AI-native platforms that don’t just help reps make calls or send texts, they autonomously orchestrate every revenue motion. Kixie is in the middle of this transformation. We’re a revenue communication platform serving 2,000+ revenue teams and we’re evolving into an AI-native revenue orchestration engine. We need a CFO who wants to be the financial and operational architect of what will be a category-defining company. This is not a back-office finance role. You’ll be the CEO’s strategic co-pilot: owning capital allocation for an AI platform bet, building the organization for 10x growth, and running the full business operating system: finance, people strategy, and operational infrastructure.
