The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Fortune 1000customer accounts to drive retention, renewals, and revenue growth. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience through proactive account management, solution-oriented problem solving, and close collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, consultative in nature, customer-focused, and skilled at identifying opportunities for account expansion while ensuring clients achieve value from Lightcast's products and services.
