Vice President, Operations

Job Description: Lumotive is seeking an experienced, hands-on VP of Operations to lead, optimize, and scale operational functions across semiconductor manufacturing and the supply chain. This role will serve as a strategic partner to management and oversee fabrication, assembly, test, quality, planning, and logistics, with responsibility for driving operational excellence. The VP of Operations will ensure alignment across manufacturing capabilities, technology roadmaps, customer demand, and corporate strategy, while improving efficiency, yield, and cost performance. The preferred location for this role is Milpitas, California; candidates based in Redmond, Washington will also be considered. This position reports directly to the CEO.
