Job Description: Job Title: Billing Specialist Position Summary: Magna Legal Services is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team! The Legal Services Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the billing process for legal services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of legal billing practices, client guidelines, and e-billing platforms. Compensation: USD $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
