Monster Tree Service of South Charlotte – Indian Trail / South Charlotte Market $90-$100k Salary with Production Bonus + Paid Certifications + Career Path Position Summary: This role is aligned with our Climbing Arborist II–III Career Pathway and requires demonstrated proficiency in advanced rigging, complex removals, and production accountability. This individual must perform at a high level technically, operate with discipline, and contribute to crew performance, safety, and client confidence. This is a senior position, and the individual will be considered part of our management team.
