Redwood Strategy Group (RSG) is seeking motivated and adaptable professionals to join our ERP Help Desk support team across multiple experience levels, including Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Analysts.
These roles provide functional and technical support to enterprise resource planning (ERP) system users within a fast-paced operational and Department of Defense (DoD) financial management environment. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to support a broad range of financial and system-related processes.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting DoD financial management operations, ERP systems, accounting functions, or help desk environments and be comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier I–III support for ERP Help Desk tickets related to financial and technical system issues
Research, analyze, and resolve issues involving contracts, invoices, obligations, payments, and accounting transactions
Support reconciliation activities and assist in resolving financial discrepancies and unmatched transactions
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve system and financial issues
Assist with posting obligations, correcting accounting transactions, and supporting audit readiness initiatives
Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process documentation
Support and deliver user training for internal personnel and supported organizations
Escalate complex issues appropriately and track resolution through completion
Maintain excellent customer service while supporting a high-volume help desk environment
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiencies
