Since its founding, UFT has completed 24 strategic acquisitions and grown to a presence across 30+ states and $500M+ in revenue.  UFT is seeking a driven Finance Manager to join the corporate finance team in Irving, TX. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the VP of Finance, CFO, CEO, and Berkshire Partners. You will own core FP&A and finance processes, manage and enhance our Vena consolidation platform, and translate complex multi-entity data into the strategic insights that drive decision-making across a fast-growing platform. The ideal candidate brings a foundation in investment banking or private equity, combined with hands-on corporate finance experience. You are a forward thinker who embraces new technology, builds scalable processes, and communicates with confidence at every level of the organization. This position requires working on-site in our Irving, TX Monday- Friday and travel up to 15%.
