Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

The Role We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager, Email & Lifecycle Marketing to manage and grow lifecycle marketing programs for a portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Director, Email & Lifecycle Marketing, you'll help clients engage and retain customers through email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, and other owned marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in lifecycle marketing, customer journey optimization, campaign execution, and analytics. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop, launch, and optimize lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy and hands-on execution, thrives in a client-facing environment, and is passionate about using data to improve customer experiences and business outcomes. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $78,000 - $95,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
