Recruiting Coordination Lead

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordination Lead to run our RC team, own the candidate interview experience, and drive operational improvements across the talent organization. You'll partner closely with Talent Operations, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure Zoox's interview process is fast, consistent, and a genuine competitive advantage.
