Senior Pre-sales Engineer (Chinese Speaker, IoT Industry)

ABOUT THE CLIENT Akuvox, a world-leading enterprise in the field of intelligent intercom and smart home. ABOUT THE ROLE — As Senior Pre-sales Engineer for the UK market, you will independently lead the full pre-sales technical support process for smart intercom and smart home projects, including needs analysis, solution planning, customised solution writing, and English-language product demonstrations and presentations. You will support the sales team in driving technical marketing activities such as online seminars and exhibitions, developing demo solutions and competitive analysis reports, and contributing to new market development, customer acquisition, co-operation negotiations, agreement signing, and order conversion to support regional sales targets. You will also take ownership of full-cycle technical support for major projects and key customers across the in-sales and after-sales stages, ensuring smooth delivery and effective issue resolution. Acting as the frontline technical expert, you will co-ordinate cross-functional resources to resolve technical issues and complaints, enhance customer satisfaction, and gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support continuous product and service improvement.
