GTM Engineer

You would be coming in with a foundation already in place - proven workflows, leadership buy-in, and a modern tech stack including Salesforce, Clay, Nooks, Clari, ChatGPT, and more - and plenty of room to build from there.  You will work alongside our Founding GTM Engineer to communicate directly with commercial leadership and their teams to identify friction across the sales and marketing motion and own the systems built to address it. The role sits at the intersection of outbound sales expertise and AI-driven tooling, and is well suited for someone who wants depth of craft and direct visibility into business impact.
