What's in Store We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Business Development with deep experience in Property & Casualty and Workers’ Compensation TPA services who can originate business and create opportunity from a blank slate. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline with discipline and transparency. This role is for a seasoned business development leader who already has established relationships with brokerages, programs, and self-insureds, with deep market knowledge, and credibility. You must be comfortable selling complex solutions to sophisticated buyers and closing complex deals with self-insureds and broker partners.   In this role you will build and convert your own pipeline , deliver measurable results aligned with growth target, represent Davies at the highest level, and expand our footprint through new client acquisition. ** Candidates must be located in California, the Midwest or the Southeastern part of the U.S. **
