About the Team
The Events Team is a core part of our Student Success function , delivering high-impact experiences that connect students with top graduate employers across the UK.
Each year, we attract many thousands of student applications to our unique events, webinars, awards, and competitions , providing students with meaningful, direct engagement opportunities with employers. Our aim is for these to be the most recognisable and recommended student career events in the UK , offering standout value for both students and employers.
Alongside our student-facing activity, the team also plays a key role in supporting the delivery of B2B-focused events through efficient and detail-driven administration. Whether working on logistics, communications, or behind-the-scenes coordination, the Events Team helps ensure a seamless experience for our clients and attendees alike.

About this role
As an Events and Programmes Executive at GTI, you will be responsible for managing a variety of student-focused events, webinars, and experiences in collaboration with leading graduate employers. Your role includes planning, marketing, and delivering exceptional events while ensuring high participation rates and satisfaction from both students and employers. You will also oversee event logistics, from the design phase to post-event feedback and reporting.
This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key part in supporting students' career development and engaging them with employers. You will work closely with the wider student success team to improve processes, contribute to new initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of events that help students discover career opportunities and build valuable skills.
Key Metrics (if applicable) 80% positive sentiment feedback from students.
80% positive sentiment feedback from employers and renewals for event bookings.
