The role will give the opportunity for an individual to develop their Company Secretarial skills under the guidance of the firm’s Company Secretary. They should be familiar with multi-jurisdictional statutory requirements and able to take meeting notes electronically. The ideal candidate will be studying towards a relevant qualification.
