We are seeking a highly strategic and product-driven Merchant to lead our Women’s Sleep, Outerwear categories and Speed to Market Projects. This individual will own the end-to-end merchandising strategy—from assortment planning and product lifecycle management to driving category growth and profitability.  This role requires a strong balance of analytical rigor and creative instinct, with the ability to identify white space opportunities, translate customer insights into compelling product strategies, and partner cross-functionally to bring innovative collections to market.
