What You’ll Lead As Director of Used & Rental Fleet, you’ll oversee the strategy, operational performance, lifecycle management, and profitability of WMH’s used and rental equipment fleet across multiple branch locations throughout the Southeast. You’ll partner closely with: branch leadership service operations sales leadership rental coordination teams technicians wholesalers national accounts equipment vendors …to ensure fleet readiness, utilization, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
