Role Overview At HealthSpring Hospitals, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Nurse Specialist committed to providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be an integral part of our medical team, responsible for managing patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance practice standards. Key Responsibilities Administer and assess patient care such as vital monitoring and medication administration. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care. Maintain detailed patient records and prepare comprehensive reports. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Required Skills and Experience Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment. At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Experience in patient education and health promotion. Education and Certifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Current BLS certification. Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
