Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of our medical team, providing high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per the medical orders. Monitor patient health, recording vital statistics and reports. Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals and departments. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Required Skills and Experience Current and valid Nursing License. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or hospital setting. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English. Education and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) with equivalent experience considered. Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for this role.
