Registered Nurse - Clinical Care Specialist

Role Overview Join our team as a Registered Nurse focusing on delivering exceptional clinical care in a collaborative and dynamic hospital environment. Educate patients and their families on post-hospital home care needs, diet, exercise, and the management of their health and wellness. Required Skills and Experience: Current state RN license. Proven experience in a clinical setting for at least 2 years. Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills. Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills: BSN degree from an accredited nursing program. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software. Education and Certifications: Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred. BLS/CPR certification required.
