Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist

Role Overview As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting their physical and emotional needs. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure exemplary patient outcomes, while nurturing a compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities Administer medications, treatments, and procedures to patients according to physician orders and established policies. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Provide consultation and emotional support to patients and their families. Coordinate with healthcare professionals in meeting patient health needs. Perform routine nursing assessments and document findings. Required Skills and Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Specialized knowledge in critical care or emergency nursing. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Education and Certifications Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. BLS/ACLS certification required.
