Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse at Healing Touch Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Key Responsibilities Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and update patient records accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and their families on disease management and home care instructions. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Required Skills and Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills Experience in a specialized area such as ICU, Pediatrics, or Oncology. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Education and Certifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their families.
