Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytical tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product departments. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer focus. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, and ticketing tools.
