Position Details: Job Details: Help Desk Support Duration: 6 month (may extend) Location: Carrollton, TX Responsibilities: • Provide front line phone queue support for customers.  • Enter detailed information for each call into call tracking system.  • Responsible for handling all calls through resolution in a timely manner.  • Consistently exceeds customer expectations for service quality and is able to identify needs and solutions for improving customer experience.  • Meet call volume, call time, and quality standards as defined by the department.
