Contract Duration: 8 months Pay rate: $20/hr Independently facilitates the recruiting process providing technical and logistical support to a team of recruiters. Prepares candidate information packages, schedules interviews and coordinates logistical requirements. Coordinates pay operations changes for successful candidates. May pre-screen applicants under general direction from recruiters. Individual contributor, entry level position with 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.  Responsible for providing staffing/recruiting support by completing a wide range of general administrative duties including but not limited to: facilitating candidate flow through hiring process, managing the candidate assessment process, scheduling interviews and managing candidate data.  The Recruiting Coordinator also supports the recruiter, hiring manager and candidate/applicant throughout the recruiting process including compliance activities required to commence employment.  1-2 years relevant experience  Proficiency with Taleo  Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook,)  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust  Ability to collaborate among team members and business partners; contribute ideas, opinions, and skills toward the achievement of a common goal  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; think rationally and logically despite considerable demands  Demonstrate capacity to change actions or behaviors in order to get the job done  Ability to effectively identify issues and solve problems  Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate sense of urgency on tasks that are time-sensitive or process critical  Desired Skills  Previous experience in recruiting or other area within human resources  Understanding of employee selection practices  Previous experience with an applicant tracking system  Associates or Bachelor's Degree  To know more on this opportunity or to schedule an interview, please contact: Laidiza Gumera 973-774-7804 laidiza.gumera(at)collabera.com
