We're seeking a Marketing Manager who will serve as the linchpin in orchestrating the seamless execution of a diverse range of marketing projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role entails leading internal and external day-to-day operations and delivery of low-to-medium complexity tactical projects. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager ensures projects are meticulously planned, implemented, and delivered on time and within budget, adhering to the highest quality and process standards set by our organization.     The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise and marketing acumen, driving the successful completion of initiatives while fostering client and partner agency relationships. This pivotal role involves co-owning projects alongside senior-level Account and Project Management staff, contributing to the development of comprehensive project plans, and delivering submissions for regulatory review.     Key qualifications include a proven track record and experience at an agency. Experience within a regulated environment is a plus. Adeptness in managing multiple projects concurrently, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting. If you're passionate about steering the strategic execution of marketing campaigns and possess a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join our team as our Marketing Manager.  Lead the execution of diverse marketing projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.  Manage day-to-day operations and delivery of low-to-medium complexity tactical projects.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure meticulous planning, implementation, and timely delivery of projects.  Maintain adherence to the highest quality and process standards set by the organization.  Co-own projects with senior-level Account and Project Management staff.  Develop comprehensive project plans and deliver submissions for regulatory review.  Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner agencies.  Drive the successful completion of marketing initiatives.  Manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, collaborative setting.  Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet organizational standards.  Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.    All other duties as assigned   WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
