The Private Dining Lead serves as the liaison between the event sales team and event execution team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events and each client’s expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.
Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requests
Coordinates client requests in a timely manner
Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events
Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen
Performs other duties as required or assigned
1+ year in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous hospitality or retail experience
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient computer skills
Detail-oriented in writing and physical spaces
Job Requirements
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to stand and be mobile for periods up to 4 hours in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Pay range is set at $20 - $24 an hour plus comission.
