As a  Cook at GYG,  you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working in the kitchen with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.  ​ What will you be doing? As a Cook at GYG, you’ll play a key role in delivering fast, fresh and authentic Mexican food. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing and cooking menu items to GYG’s recipe and quality standards Working across different stations (grill, pans and fryers) in a fast-paced environment Chopping, marinating and preparing fresh ingredients daily Ensuring food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met Managing stock levels, portion control and minimising food waste Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, including cleaning dishes, equipment and workstations Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience Contributing to a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture What's in it for me?  ​ So much!
