Equinox is looking for Front Desk Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team at its Santa Monica location.  This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities include: Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests Ability to coach and lead a team Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff Professionally greet members and guests Scan membership ID’s Answer phones Update members’ accounts Maintain an orderly lobby area Availability to work flexible hours including opening shifts and  weekends To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:  Previous experience in customer service Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE: We offer competitive salary, benefits and industry leading commission opportunities for club employees Complimentary Club membership 30- 50% discounts on all Equinox products and services including Personal Training, Private Pilates, Spa and Café’ services and Shop items Pay Transparency - $19.37 Hourly NOTE: This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
