JOb Title: Sr. Consultant – HP OO Location : Sunnyvale, CA. Full Time (Permanent) Desired Skills & Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience in IT Preferred • At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Execute and manage client-developed HP OO strategy for success. • Collaborate with client to develop a repeatable framework for IT Operations roadmap and architecture. • Develop and implement automation workflows and scripting using HP OO and HP Server Automation tools. • Lead process evaluation and automation design workshops. • Design and develop approach for automating processes. • Develop specifications and criteria for workflows. • Create workflows to automate processes. • Perform integrations between systems. • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and debug HP OO workflows. • Evaluate performance and health of HP OO environment. • Good experience with SQL and database tuning . Resolving performance issue • good knowledge of Oracle HA and replication technologies: Data Guard, Golden Gate, Streams Hands on expertise in creating databases, standby databases, backups, monitoring, refreshes, oncall duties • Analytical and Communication skills • Planning and Co-ordination skills • Experience with project management All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
