Primary Function of Position
Lead the PEPS organization globally overseeing a wide range of functions to provide impactful educational resources, programs, and experiences that enable customers to integrate our technology into patient care efficiently, effectively and safely.
Roles & Responsibilities: The SVP PEPS manages a multi-disciplinary team with the primary organizations and focuses on:
Customer Learning & Development Enhance learning and consulting services outcomes to foster efficient, effective, and safe adoption and ongoing utilization of Intuitive’ s products.
Customer Training refine the customer learning journey by providing structured and measured technology training pathways for surgeons and care teams
Genesis Specialized consulting services and training programs to help hospitals standardize processes to help reduce variation, optimize resources to improve operational efficiencies, and expand access to enable growth with the goal to reduce the total cost of care in robotics programs using Intuitive technologies and digital solutions
Learning Products & Innovation Evolve Advanced Tissue Modeling (ATM) to meet training needs and execute regional initiatives that remove barriers to ATM adoption
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training
Senior global leadership experience in a med tech setting
Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate well in a cross-functional team environment
Seasoned and sophisticated project management, planning, decision making, negotiating and change management skills
Seeks, recognizes, and executes creative and simple solutions to resolve complex organizational challenges
Excellent communication (written, verbal), presentation and documentation skills
Strong business acumen: budgets, project/program cost tracking and other technical management administrative experience
Self-starter, capable of significant autonomy, can create structure within ambiguity
Results-oriented, self-confident, and able to react quickly under pressure
Ability to travel up to 30% of time

business need and/or on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target base compensation ranges are listed.
