The Creative team is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art to help shape how LinkedIn shows up in the world.
This is a role for a visual thinker who leads with ideas and is deeply invested in craft. You’re not just guiding the work—you’re in it, designing, shaping, and pushing it forward.
You care as much about the strength of the concept as you do about how it comes to life. You have strong taste, a point of view, and the ability to translate ideas into work that feels clear, intentional, and well made. You’re excited by ideas that don’t just live on screens, but come to life through environments, activations, and experiences.
You’ll work across brand and marketing from the outset—co-creating ideas and turning insight into creative that connects with real people.
Responsibilities:
Translate strategy and insight into strong visual ideas, campaigns, and creative platforms
Partner with Copy and Strategy from the very beginning—co-creating ideas, shaping briefs, and developing concepts together
Lead the visual direction of projects while staying hands on in the work—from early ideas through final execution
Design and art direct across channels—brand, marketing, social, video, events, and experiential
Bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-quality execution—not just direction
Help shape how ideas show up in physical spaces, activations, and live experiences—translating brand expression into moments people can feel and remember
Push craft and detail, ensuring the work is visually compelling, cohesive, and fully realized
Stay close to the work—reviewing, refining, and improving output at every stage
Collaborate with designers, writers, producers, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life
Present work clearly and confidently, articulating both the idea and the execution
Mentor and guide designers, raising the overall level of craft and thinking across the team
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in design, art direction, or creative roles
BA/BS degree in design, marketing, or related field experience

A portfolio that shows both strong ideas and exceptional execution
Ability to move fluidly between concepting and hands-on design
Strong design instincts, taste, and attention to detail
A clear visual point of view, with range across formats and styles
Experience developing creative for events, activations, or experiential campaigns
Ability to translate ideas into spatial, environmental, or immersive brand experiences
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including copy, strategy, and marketing
Experience presenting and defending creative work
Experience mentoring or guiding designers
High standards for craft, with a bias toward making the work better, not just finishing it
