We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care .
We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee.
You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

About You
You’re a newly graduated or soon‑to‑graduate Speech Pathologist who is:
Curious, compassionate, and genuinely people‑focused
Motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families
Confident in your communication skills, with the ability to build strong connections with kids and families
A holder of a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
